Capped by a high-pitched slate roof, this 1922 yellow brick house exemplifies the Gothic Revival style homes built in St. Louis as early as the 19th century, but constructed of brick after the disastrous 1849 fire. Hours of meticulous hand craftsmanship have restored moldings, casement windows and an elegant curved staircase with handsome walnut treads and banister.
