Rooted in Tradition

Ideally located on a leafy cul-de-sac, this 1933 Tudor has been transformed inside and out. Reconstruction and repairs were performed to re-create a wrought-iron roof railing, restore wood-framed windows and give new life to the walnut fireplace with its ornate dentil detailing. The kitchen was reimagined to include a walnut topped island, butler’s serving station and Bertazzoni range with articulated pot filler faucet. Two-and-a-half marble and tile bathrooms serve the home’s three bedrooms.
