Bespoke Built

Creatively re-imagined to blend past and present, this 1939 home combines a Queen Anne turret and leaded stained glass windows with new elements like a spacious kitchen with suede countertops and state-of-the-art appliances. Our skillful window craftsmen fully restored the jamb, sash and leaded panels of twenty-two stained glass windows, as well as replacing vinyl fenestration with wood clad windows that fit the architectural concept. This house was built for the architect and has had only two owners in nearly 80 years.
