Evoking an Earlier Era

Working with Dick Busch Architects, Period Restoration created a period-correct home that sits on a leafy street in Clayton, a city graced with a number of historic structures. Designed to blend with the look and feel of existing houses, the exterior of the new home employs traditional building materials, including an exterior of painted brick with accents of cedar siding to add texture to the facade. The strong lines of a pitched slate roof are complemented by black-framed windows that enhance the striking aspect of the house.
