Breathing new life into a sprawling 1920s Spanish-style home, Period Restoration removed an earlier addition to build-out a congenial social area with full bar, lounge, and bathroom, as well as a true mudroom. We also revamped the living room and added a first-floor office with a convenient full bath. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and en-suite bath create a private sanctuary for the client. Great care was taken to replicate the stucco techniques, copper guttering, and terra cotta tiled roof of the original house.
